(hypotonic, slightly alkalized low temperature hot spring)

■Contraindications
・General contraindications (for bathing):
Active phases of a medical condition (especially fever), active tuberculosis, progressive malignant tumors, extreme anemia, other conditions causing marked physical weakness, serious heart or lung disease that causes shortness of breath from minimal exertion, serious kidney disease with swelling, gastrointestinal bleeding, when bleeding visibly, acute worsening of a chronic illness

■Good for the following conditions
・General indications (for bathing): Chronic pain or stiffening in the muscles or joints (the chronic phases of such conditions as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, lower back pain, nerve pain, frozen shoulder, bruising or sprains), stiffening of muscles due to motor paralysis, sensitivity to cold, peripheral circulatory disturbance, decrease in gastrointestinal functions (indigestion, gassiness, etc.), mild high blood pressure, impaired glucose tolerance (diabetes mellitus), mild hypercholesterolemia, mild asthma or pulmonary emphysema, hemorrhoids, autonomic instability, various stress symptoms (sleeping disorders, depression, etc.), recovery from illness or fatigue, working to improve one’s physical health
・Conditions that are improved by bathing (broken down by spring quality):
Cuts, peripheral circulatory disturbance, sensitivity to cold, depression, dry skin

Request for Guests Using the Hot Springs

Please be very careful with your valuable items. Please do not bring your valuable items with you to the bath facilities. Instead, please keep them in the safe in your room.

  • We will refuse entry to the bathing facilities for people with tattoos.
  • Taking photos or videos with your smartphone or camera is not permitted in the bathing facilities, including in the changing room.
  • We will refuse entry to the bathing facilities for people who are intoxicated with alcohol, who are causing trouble to other guests, or who are acting dangerously.
  • We will refuse entry to the bathing facilities for people who appear to have a skin rash or other serious contagious disease.
  • In accordance with Article 5 of the Public Health Act, for the management of public health, customers using public facilities are not permitted to act in a way that will dirty the facilities’ environment and/or cause damage to public health.
  • Children that are still in diapers are not able to use the bathtubs.
  • Please contact the staff if you would like to use the baby bath for newborns.
  • We will refuse entry to the bathing facilities for people wearing a swimsuit.
  • In accordance with an Aichi Prefecture Ordinance, mixed bathing is not permitted with children aged 8 years and older.
  • The hot springs water in the baths is not suitable for drinking.
  • Please use the water dispenser in the changing room.
  • Bringing food and drinks into the bathing facilities is not permitted.
  • Please do not take back with you the free-to-use amenities and items in the bathing facilities.
  • The bathing facilities are cleaned daily, and the residual chlorine levels are measured periodically throughout the day.
