About accommodation

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Can I check out late?

If you wish to check out late, an additional 2,200 yen will be charged per hour.
Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on your accommodation plan and the situation on the day.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Please contact the front desk on the 3rd floor.
Before check-in, it is from 12:00, and after check-out, it is until 12:00.

Can I leave my luggage before my stay?

Can more than 3 people stay in one room?

Is there a charge for children staying overnight?

For 0 to 2 children, the facility usage fee is 2,200 yen (for children sharing a bed). Additional futons will incur an extra charge.
Additionally, preschool children (ages 3-6) will be charged 50% of the adult fare, elementary school students 70% of the adult fare, and junior high school students and older will be charged the adult fare.

Can I move around the hotel in a yukata and slippers?

Yes, you are welcome to wear a yukata and slippers.

Do you have children's yukata or yukata in larger sizes?

Children's yukata are available in S size (95-110cm), M size (110-125cm), and L size (125-140cm).
Adult sizes are available from SS to LL.

Can I connect to the Internet in my room?

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Can you warm up baby food?

We can warm it up in the microwave. Please ask the front desk for details.

Do you have cribs available for rent?

Yes, we have it ready.
*Please contact the hotel in advance as there is a limited number of rooms available.

Can I stay with my dog?

Yes, you can stay with your pet. In July 2025, we opened our first ever "Dog-Friendly Room" where you can stay with your pet dog.

If you are staying in a room other than a dog-friendly room, we have a pet house available on the first floor.
Small to large dogs (approximately 57cm tall) can be accommodated, and pet cages are available (an additional 3,300 yen).

How do I check in and park if I'm bringing my dog?

Check-in procedures are handled at the "Dog-Friendly Room Reception on the 1st Floor." Each room has one dedicated parking space; please park in the space marked with your dog's name.

<If you are using a pet cage>
Please come to the reception on the 1st floor before checking in and leave your dog in a cage. Afterwards, we will guide you through the check-in process at the front desk on the 3rd floor. Please use parking lots 1 through 3 (approximately 200 spaces available).
*Please note that dogs are not allowed on the second floor or above.

How many dogs are allowed to stay in one room?

You can bring up to two small or medium-sized dogs, or one large dog, per room.

Is there a charge for dogs staying at the hotel?

We charge 4,500 yen per dog for your dog's stay.

Parking and access

Is there parking available?

Parking lots 1 to 3 are available, with parking for approximately 200 cars (free of charge).

Do I need to reserve a parking space?

Parking is not available by reservation.

Is there a shuttle bus?

Approximately 70 minutes by free shuttle bus from Toyohashi Station (reservations required). Please make your reservation by 4:00 PM the day before your stay.

Are there any tourist attractions nearby?

About the facilities

Do I need to make a reservation in advance for the restaurant?

Although we do not require reservations, please note that we may not be able to accommodate you if the restaurant is fully booked.
We recommend that you make a reservation in advance.

Do you offer any services for anniversaries?

Whole cakes, dessert plates, etc. are available at an additional charge.
If you wish to use this service, please call us at least 3 days before the date of use.

Is there a restaurant where I can have breakfast?

2nd floor buffet restaurant "Irago Bold Kitchen" (Japanese, Western and Chinese buffet)
Admission fees: Adults ¥3,500, Elementary school students ¥2,500, 3-year-olds to preschoolers ¥1,800, Free for children under 2 years old
Opening hours: 7:00~9:00 (last entrance 8:30)

Can I hold meetings or banquets?

Are there smoking rooms?

There is a smoking room on the first floor.
Please note that all guest rooms are non-smoking.
If it is discovered that you have been smoking, you will be charged damages including cleaning fees.

Is there a beauty salon?

The Marine Beauty Salon is located on the first floor of the hotel.
For reservations and inquiries, please contact the beauty salon directly (TEL: 0531-35-6001).

Can I take photos with cameras, smartphones, or videos within the hotel premises?

Please note that we ask that you refrain from taking photographs or videos on the hotel premises or using the images for commercial purposes without the hotel's permission.
Please note that if the hotel determines that your photography is disturbing other guests, you may be asked to stop.

Can I propose?

Yes, we can assist you. We can also provide you with a bouquet of roses, so please ask our staff for more information.
