This is the first step in the brewing process, in which crushed malt is mixed with warm water and enzymes are used to break down the starch into sugar.
At this point, you can already smell the sweet aroma of barley.
While maintaining the temperature at 64°C for a few hours, adjusting the pH and fermentation, it will be ready in about a month!
The first collaboration is called "KAO"!
The golden ale "KAO" is characterized by its beautiful clear gold color, refreshing citrus hop aroma, and gentle malt sweetness.
It is a refreshing, easy-to-drink craft beer with little flavor, making it easy to pair with any dish.
Original craft beer "KAO" will be available from today, Thursday, February 26, 2026
