<20th Asian Games> Only 7 days left until the start of the surfing competition!

For the first time, surfing will be included as an official event at the Asian Games, Asia's largest sporting event held every four years! The venue for this surfing competition will be Pacific Long Beach in Tahara City, Aichi Prefecture, a famous surf spot that boasts a history of hosting world championships!

These five days will see the most intense competition in Asia as surfers compete for a spot in the 34th Olympic Games (2028/Los Angeles). On the dynamic waves unique to Japan's premier surf areas, Asia's top surfers will showcase their beautiful and passionate riding. Come and experience the thrilling battles of these world-class athletes!

The surfing competition will be held from Friday, September 25th to Thursday, September 29th, 2026, from approximately 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. ☺️🌿
