<Atsumi Peninsula Festival Information!> Atsumi Peninsula Fireworks Festival 🎆 & Tahara Festival to be held

Following the conclusion of the autumn festival (Tahara Festival), the Atsumi Peninsula Fireworks Festival, which started anew in 2024, willbe held for the third time this year, under the theme of "The spectacular farewell fireworks of the Atsumi Peninsula, a joyous feast that colors the mid-autumn night!" Magnificent starbursts and powerful large-scale fireworks will be launched, beautifully illuminating the night sky, and it has become a beloved autumn tradition.

The distance from the launch site to the viewing area is relatively close, so you can enjoy a truly immersive experience that resonates throughout your body!

Also on October 10th, it's "Atsumi Peninsula Donburi Day"! The Tahara Festival is a traditional autumn festival in Tahara City that has been held since the Edo period. The highlight is the three magnificent floats, which are designated as tangible cultural properties of the city, and the skillful performances of the mechanical puppets on top of the floats are one of the main attractions!
